This is a drawing of the actress Natalie Portman in a SNL rap skit parody about herself.
Technical Stuff:
It's approximately 12 x 7 in.
It took about 8 hours.
Tools:
9H, HB, 6B pencils
mechanical 0.7mm HB pencil
stick, kneaded, and electrical erasers
tissues, q-tips, and tortillions for blending
on illustration board
Artist Comments:
First off, I just want to say that I love Natalie. She is such an intelligent, talented, beautiful actress, and she also has a great sense of humor! This little "gangster rap" of hers from SNL just gives me more of a reason to like her: Natalie Portman Rap Parody (At the very end of the video is where I used the "print screen" button to get my reference picture for this drawing.)
This drawing isn't one of my best. (I couldn't get a very clear picture using the print screen button.) But I had to draw it, it's too funny. =P
I also wanted to add... While I was drawing this, I was listening to some music I have on my computer, and a song came on called "Natalie Portman" by OZMA. I just thought that was a really awesome coincidence!
